can find the largest selection of silk in Korea as well as other
fabrics, shoes, sports equipments, bags, vegetables and
fishes, and clothes of all kinds. Clothes, above all, are a
favorite buy. This market is no stranger to foreigners, who
come here from all over the world to find bargains at any time
of the day, even 5¡¯oclock in the morning.

Changdeokgung Palace is one of UNESCO's World Heritages.
A serenely exquisite garden, Secret Garden "Huwon" was used
by the king and royal family during the Joseon Dynasty as a
place for relaxation. It holds many ponds, pavilions and
wooded areas containing thousand-year-old trees. From May
2004, Specially attractive hidden course in Secret Garden is
newly open to tourists. Above area was prohibited to visit
because of protection of ecological surroundings and value of
cultural heritage until then. Tourists can visit there through on-
line booking in advance 3 times per day only. A short walk to
Insadong, a narrow street lined with antique stores and
modern art galleries where visitors can wander and browse at
leisure.
